Rental Terms and How To Get A Rental Application:

All apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis and require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Applications must be filled out in person with the building manager or agent, and a deposit check must accompany the application. Applicants will also need to submit a copy of a recent bank statement with application (for the purpose of verification of funds). The check is deposited if the applicant is accepted for the apartment; the check is returned if not. Sorry, but we do not allow pets.
